Healthy Holiday Salad

IMG_1882All that feasting on rich,traditional holiday foods is stupendous….but how about a few greens on the side?

Healthy Holiday Salad is so easy… just gather together:
A bunch of mixed mesclum greens,
radicchio leaves,
toast some walnuts and add a little maple syrup to the pan,
handfuls of red pomegranate seeds,
slices of apple or pear.
 
Toss with a drizzle of good quality balsamic and olive oil, Maldon salt and pepper.
 
Enjoy.
